John Little is the Global Head of Business Development & Strategy for CBRE’s Investment Accounting & Reporting (IA&R) business. Since joining CBRE in September 2020, John has played a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s client base and strategic partnerships. Initially focused on U.S. business development, he was appointed to his global leadership role in May 2025.
Before joining CBRE, John served as Director of Client Development at BNP Paribas, where he also acted as Global Coordinator for the firm’s Alternatives sales efforts, supporting institutional asset managers across global markets. Prior to that, he spent 10 years at Deutsche Bank in both London and New York, leading business development initiatives for alternative asset managers.
With over 18 years of experience in financial services, John brings deep industry insight and a global perspective to his role.
