John Lorence is an Executive Vice President in CBRE’s Occupier Advisory & Transaction Services group based in Minneapolis. He is responsible for establishing and maintaining client relationships through strategic real estate planning, transaction negotiation, and multi-site transaction management.
Prior to joining CBRE, John was part of a top producing team for Jones Lang LaSalle. There, he served as a Managing Director and was a member of the Corporate Services division, focusing on tenant representation, corporate solutions, and real estate strategy.
John has an extensive background in managing national accounts and seamlessly executes real estate strategies across markets. He is a tenured commercial real estate professional with experience in acquisitions, corporate headquarters, design and construction consulting, portfolio disposition, and investment sales.
