A Vice Chairman with the firm since 2006, John has built his career around advising Fortune 500 companies, law firms, insurance companies, financial institutions and professional services firms. During his years with the firm, he has earned the number one national leasing broker spot and has been consistently included in CBRE’s prestigious Colbert Coldwell Circle (Annual Top 100 Producing Professionals).

John’s business and expertise is anchored in New York City, but his market knowledge doesn’t end there. It extends to cities across the country and globe, fueled by firms with multi-market portfolios and fast-growing organizations with expansion plans. As their needs evolve, John’s strong relationships keep him central and vital to the process. In fact, many of those relationships had simple beginnings. His achievements as a sales professional are complemented by his significant contribution to corporate leadership. He has served on the CBRE Board of Directors, and was Chairman of the America’s President Advisory Council.
