John Oien

John M. Oien, Senior Vice President, represents Landlords in the Sales, disposition and leasing of office and medical buildings. John also represents Tenants in the strategic planning and consulting of their commercial office or medical office space.

As a member of CBRE’s National Healthcare Services Group, John has been involved in many ground up medical office developments working with regional well as national firms. His team creates a customized approach tailored to each client’s specific needs. His experience in professional office, healthcare, and tenant representation for private and public companies, combined with his in-depth background as a landlord’s leasing agent provides unique knowledge used for the benefit of his clients.

John specializes in assisting buyers and tenants define and secure their expansion or relocation requirements. John and his team create a customized approach tailored to each client’s specific needs.

In his career with CBRE, John has been involved with over 1,400 transactions totaling over 9,000,000 square feet with a total consideration of over $1 billion.
