John Rutherford, Senior Vice President of Multifamily Investment Sales at CBRE, co-leads the firm’s overall multifamily brokerage efforts in the North Florida market. John brings over 15 years of experience, having facilitated more than $2 billion in investment sales throughout his career to a large investor network of private and institutional clients.
Prior to joining CBRE, John served as an SVP at NAI Global and Director at Newmark. John’s previous experience also includes operations, analytics, and asset management in varying niche sectors of multifamily investment, affording him the opportunity to uniquely understand all facets of underwriting and value creation for his clients.
