John Sullivan specializes in tenant and landlord representation for real estate brokerage services in the Seattle/Tacoma area and national markets. With 28 years at CBRE, he has consistently delivered successful outcomes for his clients in the commercial real estate industry. His expertise includes negotiating lease terms, land sales, building sales, and build-to-suit projects.
Recently, Mr. Sullivan represented Floor & Decor on their lease of +1,1000,000 square foot building. He also negotiated on behalf of Prologis on their lease to Amazon of +660,000 square foot building and represented Kimberley Clark on their lease of +/-750,000 square-foot building. Additionally, represented Norvanco in leases totaling over 3,000,000 square feet.
Beyond leaseing, Mr. Sullivan has also sold a number of different land sites ranging from 5 to 125 acres and often assists in the design of the building development to align with market demands. Mr. Sullivan also represented those developers in the eventually lease up and often times the disposition sale of those development projects. One of those projects is SeaPORT Logistics Center, where he sold Tarragon 125 acres, advised in the project design of over 2,000,000 ft.² of industrial buildings. He then represented Tarragon in leasing the buildings to companies, such as Nordstrom, Helly Hanson, Nespresso and Allen Distribution, as well as others. Additionally Mr Sullivan, represented CenterPoint in the acquisition of a $76 million land site.
