With over 25 years of industry experience, John has facilitated over $2 billion in regional property transactions across the San Antonio and Austin markets. His deep understanding of market dynamics and commitment to client success have consistently positioned him as a trusted advisor and top producer in the Central Texas market.
Before joining CBRE, John held a Managing Director position at JLL Capital Markets Americas, where he returned as part of the firm's HFF acquisition. Previously, he started and led the Central Texas Capital Markets group at Trammell Crow Company. Early in his career, he held leadership roles in a family-owned manufacturing and distribution company, where he served as President, Sales Manager, and minority owner, significantly increasing efficiency and doubling sales within a short timeframe.
John is committed to bettering our great city. He was actively involved in the strategic planning and implementation of re-establishing Greater SATX as the catalyst for improving people's lives and recruiting companies to the greater San Antonio area. John is an active participant in the San Antonio ULI chapter as a mentor to young professionals, was the founder and leader of the Local Office Owners' Product Council, and has spoken at numerous local leadership events.
Away from the office, John enjoys giving back and has volunteered his time and treasures to many local San Antonio philanthropic organizations, including CBC Church and Haven for Hope
