With over 22 years of marketing and leasing experience and expertise in construction management, John Weiner has a well-rounded background to handle all real estate needs. Mr. Weiner is a proven professional, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing the best service possible.
Mr. Weiner serves as a Senior Vice President of CBRE. In this position, he directs the marketing of 11 mid and high rise office buildings located in Orange County's most visible office environment.
Mr. Weiner joined The Koll Company in 1983. During his tenure with Koll/CBRE, he has been involved with the leasing of more than 10.5 million square feet of office space.
Before joining CBRE, Mr. Weiner was a project manager with Koll Construction where he was responsible for construction management at Koll Center Newport, a 1.3 million square foot mid and high rise office project.
