Jon Aldrich is an experienced real estate broker with a demonstrated history of overseeing the purchase of residential & commercial deals throughout the Greater Los Angeles area. He has a keen knack for understanding the macro KPI's that begin to make a market tick allowing Jon to benefit his clients by staying one step ahead by uncovering underdeveloped markets, exploiting the inefficiencies, and baking them into the price. Staying active within the CRE industry for ten years, Jon has intimate knowledge of every step in the brokerage and acquisitions process.
