Jon Miller is the Senior Managing Director and Global Service Delivery Lead of the CBRE Business Analytics group, a consulting practice specializing in data analytics and economic cost modeling for global portfolios. His 17 years of experience includes consulting and software development in facility cost analytics, data warehousing, visualization, and predictive analytics.
As Global Service Delivery Lead, Jon directs the product development for several commercial products in the areas of data warehousing, dashboard reporting & analytics, facility cost estimating, and benchmarking. These products are used by many of the world’s largest facility owners and occupiers. Prior to joining CBRE, Jon was the Chief Operating Officer and part owner of Whitestone Research. Whitestone specialized in cost data products and consulting for facility management and capital planning and was acquired by CBRE in 2013. Jon has a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Economics from Bates College.
