Jon Miller is the Vice President of Data and Analytics for CBRE’s Digital & Technology team within the Building Operations and Experience (BOE) segment. He leads the data and analytics strategy for one of the world's largest real estate services businesses. In this role, Jon oversees product development, service delivery, benchmarking, AI capabilities, and data governance, driving the transformation of how BOE uses data to deliver measurable value for clients and operational teams alike.
With 20+ years of experience in real estate and facilities management, Jon brings a combination of deep domain knowledge and technical leadership to the discipline of enterprise data. His work spans the full data lifecycle — from building trusted data foundations and integrating complex source systems to deploying analytics products and AI-driven insights at scale across a global portfolio. These products are used by many of the world’s largest facility owners and occupiers.
Prior to joining CBRE, Jon was the Chief Operating Officer and part owner of Whitestone Research. Whitestone specialized in cost data products and consulting for facility management and capital planning and was acquired by CBRE in 2013. Jon has a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Economics from Bates College.
