Jon Springer is currently a Vice Chairman with CBRE, Inc., joining the firm following its merger with Insignia/ESG. Specializing in occupier advisory and transaction services, Jon focuses on the strategic development and implementation of real estate strategies for both one-off and full portfolio management projects.
Jon brings extensive transaction experience and an in-depth understanding of the litany issues that impact a complex real estate transaction. His experience combined with a straightforward factorial process consistently yields the most aggressive transactions. Annually, Jon completes over 150 transactions and has been involved in over 25,000,000 square feet of office and medical transactions for clients that range from lease acquisitions to ground up build-to-suit transactions. His unique range of experience provides him insight and innovative ideas that yield sound advice and better results.
Jon is one of the national leaders within the CBRE Healthcare Occupier Group and represents Hospital Systems, Physician Groups, Surgical Center Providers and other healthcare users across the country. His unparalleled deep insight into healthcare reform and the impact on healthcare real estate needs have allowed him to partner with some of the premier healthcare institutions in the country. This knowledge and agility help his clients create an ambulatory network of optimal sites to deliver better care and provide a more favorable patient care experience.
In 2008, Jon was named the youngest and fastest to earn the Senior Vice President title with CBRE, Inc., and in 2015 Jon was promoted to Vice Chairman; again, one of the youngest in the firm. This accomplishment is a testament to Jon’s meticulous work ethic, creative strategy and fierce loyalty to his clients’ objectives.
