Jonathan Colecraft-Peters

Jonathan is a Sr. Valuation Associate within CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory Services practice. He has nearly three years of total experience in real estate including almost two years finance and valuations, including one year of property assessing with the Orange County Property Appraisers. Mr. Peters recently relocated back to Orlando, Florida and has experience in valuing properties throughout the state.

Mr. Peters’ valuation experience and current practice includes all major commercial property types including industrial, retail and office. He currently works with a team of professionals led by Owen Black, that primarily focused on the valuation of industrial properties. Industrial property types appraised have included mega distribution warehouses, cold storage and food processing facilities, heavy manufacturing facilities, parking/truck terminals, salvage yards, and small bay flex/warehouses. Mr. Peters also has extensive experience in conducting appraisals of, multi-tenant distribution facilities, truck parking facilities, raw land and office condominiums.
