Jon Hinds is a Senior Vice President in the St. Louis office of CBRE specializing in industrial brokerage. Jon has over 33 years of commercial real estate experience and has sold and leased more than 25 million square feet of industrial property representing both tenants and owners. Jon’s extensive experience includes industrial property leasing, speculative and build-to-suit development as well as land assemblage and disposition in the St. Louis Metro Area.
Jon is a dedicated part of CBRE focused on offering real estate solutions based on each clients’ unique business needs. His focus is on leasing and selling industrial properties, and tenant representation.
