John Kapcheck is an Associate in CBRE’s Leasing Services Group based out of the Chicago Suburban office in Oak Brook. John’s focus is on the formation of strategic real estate planning and supply chain logistics, on both a local and national basis that include leasing programs for logistics parks; the development of vacant land; tenant representation; building acquisitions and dispositions; and build-to-suit programs.
