Associated Office
Jonathan LaMotte is an Associate with CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics team in Dallas, specializing in tenant representation throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
Jonathan advises industrial users on leases, relocations, expansions, and site selection, with experience across warehouse and distribution, manufacturing, flex, and industrial outdoor storage requirements.
A key focus of his practice is the data center supply chain. Jonathan works with manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and other industrial users that support data center development and operations, with an understanding of how their facilities, infrastructure, and location requirements differ from those of traditional industrial users.
Jonathan joined CBRE full-time in 2025 after previously interning with the firm. He graduated from the University of Arkansas’ Sam M. Walton College of Business with a degree in Finance.
