Jonathan van der Linde is a National Funds Portfolio Director within the CBRE Valuation & Advisory Services team located in our Northeast Division. Mr. Van der Linde will be assisting in managing CBRE’s Fund’s Valuations for the Americas partnering with senior and regional VAS leaders across geographies and property types. Mr. van der Linde has been active in the real estate community since 2015 managing quarterly valuations for major institutional clients. Mr. van der Linde provided daily oversight of the delivery team, including the valuation and valuation reviews, cash flow modeling, preparation of portfolio and sub-portfolio analytics, preparation of appraisal reports, and client communications.
Mr. van der Linde joins CBRE from Altus Group, a provider of software and advisory services to the global commercial real estate industry, where he was a Manager.

- Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Investment Management from the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa
