Jordan is a Transaction Manager with CBRE, leveraging his extensive experience to deliver exceptional results. Since joining CBRE in 2016, Jordan has played a crucial role in managing large, multi-market accounts both nationally and internationally. His background in Research and Technology provides a unique advantage, enabling him to offer clients localized market insights, comprehensive financial analysis through proprietary excel models, creatively designed presentations, and forward-thinking strategic planning to achieve advantageous real estate outcomes in competitive markets.
In his current role, Jordan is focused on the efficient and effective execution of real estate transactions, guiding tenants on their global portfolio, workplace, and real estate strategies. He brings a proven track record of success, having previously excelled as the lead CBRE Research Analyst for the West Los Angeles market, where he oversaw the daily tracking of market activity across 75 million square feet. Prior to joining Transaction Management, Jordan worked for a Vice Chairman occupier broker and was selected by national leaders to contribute to groundbreaking projects, collaborating with professionals across the US, UK, the Netherlands, Canada, Australia, and Germany.

He has amassed extensive experience across various industries, including multi-national banks, AM 100 NY Law Firms, a tech startup valued at $50 billion market cap, venture capital firms, private equity, media & entertainment, manufacturing, developers, medical practices, professional services, and more.
Beyond his professional achievements, Jordan is passionate about travel, the outdoors, and cooking. He is also committed to community involvement, demonstrated by his volunteer work with the Shaxi Rehabilitation Project in Sideng, China, and his fundraising efforts for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society - Man of the Year in 2019.
