Jose Gutierrez is the Latin America and Caribbean Regional Director for CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services Center of Excellence (COE). He leads a team focused on commercial real estate advisors for multiple clients and locations.
Before joining CBRE, Jose worked for Trammell Crow as the Director of Operations for the South Florida region. His responsibilities included managing support staff, developing budgets, information technology, and financial reporting.
Jose’s career at CBRE began with the Corporate Services group, where he served as a transaction manager for high-profile clients such as IBM & General Electric. His role involved overseeing the completion of over 50 acquisition and disposition assignments, totaling over 5.5 MSF. In addition to transaction support, Jose provided portfolio management and strategy guidance through his extensive network of broker and landlord contacts across Latin America and the Caribbean.
Recently, Jose assisted on the following accounts: Bank of America, Danaher, Cargill, CITI, Grainger, Henkel, and Uber. He and his team provide a broad range of support, from dispositions to acquisitions throughout the Region.
