Joseph Sanchez is a Senior Transaction Manager for the Salt Lake City
based Global Advisory and Transaction Services. In this role, Joseph performs
portfolio analyses for leased and owned properties. He supports The Church of
Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints client account overseeing the organization’s
real estate transactions throughout North and South America.
Prior to his current role, Joseph Sanchez served as an Associate Real Estate
Manager in the Asset Services division where he was responsible for the
management of a portfolio consisting of office, retail and industrial buildings.
Within this role Joseph’s primary responsibility was to collaborate with
building ownership, leasing agents and tenants to ensure tenant satisfaction
and maintain the day-to-day operations of the buildings in his portfolio.
This encompassed various functions, including insurance coverage, vendor
contract management, tenant relations and improvements, financial reporting
and annual budgeting, among others.
