Joseph Tricomi is the Finance Manager for the Tyco Account since 2014. In his short tenure at CBRE, he has seen an expanding relationship between CBRE and Tyco, including broader Transaction Management and Portfolio Management. His diverse experience in a wide range of industries provides him with the ability to partner with a broad spectrum of clients and co-workers.
Joseph began his career with Citibank in the late 1980s. After several years in financial services and private equity, he earned his MBA in International Business from Rider University. Serving as controller and later CFO for entrepreneurial firms in the teleservices and construction industries, his experience and knowledge of multiple industries continued to grow. After relocating to Florida, he served as VP Finance for Audio Intelligence Devices, a manufacturer of audio, video, and vehicle surveillance equipment for law enforcement and military applications.
Joseph returned to the corporate environment with Office Depot, where he continued to expand his tool box with tours in Fixed Asset Accounting, as a Regional Finance Manager responsible for some 300 stores, and finally as Finance Manager for all of Office Depot’s North American Retail operations. His duties included developing and managing the Annual Operating Plan (Sales of $8.0B), monthly forecasting, and consolidated monthly P&L reporting for over 1,000 stores.
Joseph resides in Lake Worth, Florida. He enjoys golf, cooking, and spending time with his family.
