Associated Office
Josh Bank is President of CBRE’s Advisory Occupier Account Management organization, an unrivaled platform that delivers market-leading client solutions, experiences, and outcomes. In this role, Josh drives CBRE’s Occupier Account Management services by harnessing the vast strength of the company’s innovative products and services, top talent, and operational excellence to deliver exceptional experiences and meet client needs.
Prior to his current role, Bank served as Executive Managing Director and Market Leader for the State of Florida, leading the strategic direction and performance of CBRE’s business in the State and overseeing 600+ professionals across its Advisory Services lines of business. During this time, he also led CBRE’s Global Law Firm Practice Group, which helps law firms align their office spaces with the sector’s dynamic business environment.
Since joining CBRE in 2011, Bank has held several leadership roles in CBRE’s New York, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Washington D.C. offices, including a role in Client Solutions where he managed and coordinated significant real estate portfolio requirements for existing and prospective CBRE occupier clients for the Southern US region. His movement within the company and across the globe has armed him with a unique perspective on supporting the needs of CBRE’s occupier clients and account management teams.
Before joining CBRE, he was a capital markets analyst at a national commercial real estate developer.
