Associated Office
Josh Berde, based in our Dallas office, is a Senior Vice President with CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance group. Josh leads the middle-market debt team for Dallas Fort Worth and the Pacific Northwest, specializing in all agency executions and mortgage banking operations for this segment of the market.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Berde was an Executive Vice President with KeyBank Real Estate Capital’s Commercial Mortgage Group, where he originated commercial mortgages for office, multifamily, industrial and retail properties across various platforms including CMBS, agency, life company, debt fund and balance sheet. Prior to his role at KeyBank, Mr. Berde served as the Managing Director for Cantor Commercial Real Estate’s (CCRE) Pacific Northwest office, an office he launched in 2011.
Mr. Berde began his commercial real estate career in 2000 at GE Real Estate in San Francisco, where he spent nearly 11 years in various roles. In his over 20 years in the industry, he has financed over $7 billion of real estate across various asset classes and executions.
Education
Mr. Berde has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA.
