Josh Duggan

Based in St. Louis, Missouri, Josh currently serves as the HSE Director for the GWS AT&T Account, aiming to enhance the safety culture of approximately 1,000 CBRE employees servicing their client’s worldwide portfolio.

Josh most recently served as the Sr. Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager for the Bayer Account. He has overseen the development and implementation of an automated hazard recognition work flow, the creation and verification of over 500 Lock Out Tag Out procedures, and a Work in Progress assessment program. Previously, Mr. Duggan has served as a Chief Building Engineer and Lead Building Engineer for CBRE at the Monsanto, St. Louis sites and the Wells Fargo, St. Louis Data Center respectively. His specific accomplishments include a zero OSHA recordable injury rate, over $700,000 in cost savings, and the development of a Management of Change Program.

Prior to joining CBRE, Josh served 23 years in the United States Navy. He has held professional positions as the Department Head for Diesel Propulsion Engineering Safety Operations Inspections for the Pacific Fleet, Engineering Department Head for the USS PIONEER and the USS ARDENT, Associate Professor at Rice University, Habitability Manager for the USS COMSTOCK, and the Anti-Terrorism Division Manager for the USS MCCLUSKY.
