Josh Nelson specializes in corporate occupier lease and sales transactions for public and private companies in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. Mr. Nelson brings fifteen years of commercial real estate experience which includes local-to-national corporate real estate leasing and acquisition/disposition assignments. This proficiency allows Mr. Nelson and his team to develop efficient and effective solutions that align with corporate business objectives.
Mr. Nelson and his team have been an integral part of the East Bay's most noteworthy transactions for clients such as UC Davis (multiple East Bay assignments), Teleflex/Neotract (71,000 SF), City National Bank (25,000 SF), a banking company (43,000 SF), EDF Renewable Energy (multiple USA and Canada assignments), Northwestern Mutual, and a large regional "utility company" (175,000 SF).
In addition, he runs all West Coast leasing assignments for Caliber Home Loans who maintains 500 offices nationwide. He and his partner, Chris Sido (Dallas, TX) who manages East Coast leasing assignments, provide this transaction advisory on a national basis.
Mr. Nelson is an alumnus and scholarship athlete of University of California, Santa Barbara. He lives in Walnut Creek with his wife and two children. Outside of the office he enjoys an active lifestyle of mountain biking, traveling with his family, and participating in amateur sports-car racing events.
