Josh Nelson specializes in occupier lease and sales transactions for public and private companies in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. Mr. Nelson brings twenty years of commercial real estate experience which includes local-to-national corporate real estate leasing, and acquisition/disposition assignments. This proficiency allows Mr. Nelson and his team to develop efficient and effective solutions that align with his client’s business objectives.
Mr. Nelson and his team have been an integral part of the East Bay's most noteworthy transactions for clients such as UC Davis (multiple East Bay assignments), Teleflex/Neotract (71,000 SF), City National Bank (25,000 SF), Merrill Lynch (43,000 SF), EDF Renewable Energy (multiple USA and Canada assignments), Northwestern Mutual, and a large regional "utility company" (175,000 SF).
Mr. Nelson is an alumnus and scholarship athlete of University of California, Santa Barbara. He lives in Walnut Creek with his wife and two children. Outside of the office he enjoys an active lifestyle of mountain biking, skiing, surfing, and traveling with his family.
