Joshua Wood

Joshua Wood is a commercial real estate advisor with the Anderson Brehaut Group. As a commercial real estate advisor with CBRE, Josh specializes in corporate and investment properties. He collaborates with private equity firms, family offices, founder-led companies, and franchises to develop effective real estate strategies. His expertise includes structuring sale-leasebacks, advising on expansion, downsizing, or relocation, restructuring leases, and implementing buy-back strategies. The Anderson Brehaut Group has been actively involved in the execution of more than 500 transactions valued in excess of $2 billion.
