JP Maloney is a Senior Associate with the Advisory and Transaction Services Group at CBRE, leading the Twin Cities Industrial and Logistics practice. JP has been with CBRE for five years and focuses on industrial occupiers, landlords and development. His attention to detail, organization and relentless attitude has been paramount in assisting clients execute strategic plans with their real estate goals and needs.

His ability to develop strong/trustful relationships, both in and outside of the office, has also been a critical component to the success throughout his career. During his eight years in the industry, JP has worked on hundreds of real estate transactions and built the trust of industry players and peers alike.
