JT Sullivan is a Vice President with over eleven years of real estate appraisal experience. Mr. Sullivan is in the Valuation & Advisory Services Group’s Austin office in the South Central Region.
Mr. Sullivan’s experience encompasses a wide variety of commercial property types, including single and multi-tenant office, medical office, industrial facilities, multi-family properties, mixed-use projects, self-storage facilities, single and multi-tenant retail, land use developments, single-family subdivisions, hospitality properties, and specialty use buildings. Mr. Sullivan has experience providing valuation and appraisal services, market studies, rent analyses, income and expense analyses, and cash flow projections. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Sullivan was a Director of Valuation at BBG, Inc in Austin, Texas.
