Juan Rodriguez Acosta supports the Leasing Services team in Tampa, managing the operational and administrative framework that keeps complex real estate transactions moving. With five years of experience, he works across multiple client portfolios spanning local and national deals, supporting transactions across office, medical office, industrial, and specialty use properties.

He works closely with senior advisors to handle everything from lease tracking and data management to vendor coordination and client communications, making sure no detail falls through the cracks on transactions of any size.
