Judah Hammer brings to CBRE nearly 2 decades of expertise in brokering commercial real estate debt across all asset classes. His primary focus lies in origination, tailoring, and sourcing the ideal financing solutions for each loan and client's unique needs.
With a track record of loans spanning from as small as $1,000,000 to as large as $300,000,000, Judah has successfully closed over 1,400 loans with over 80 diverse lenders nationwide, totaling over $10 billion in transactions. While his primary asset class has historically been multifamily and mixed-use properties, Judah's extensive experience extends to industrial properties, shopping centers, office buildings, and construction loans.
Judah's expertise covers a wide spectrum of lending options, including Balance Sheet Lenders, Agency Financing, CMBS, Credit Unions, Insurance Lenders, Debt Funds, Hard Money, and Mezzanine lenders.
Prior to joining CBRE, Judah served as a Managing Director at Meridian Capital Group from 2005 to 2024, where he honed his skills and established himself as a trusted leader in commercial real estate financing.
