Judd Welliver is a Vice Chairman with CBRE’s Institutional Properties team. Located in Minneapolis, MN, he has more than 18 years of industrial sales and leasing experience within the commercial real estate profession. Judd specializes in representing institutional, private, and corporate clients in the acquisition, disposition and sourcing the equity capital stack in industrial real estate transactions. Over the past 5 years, Judd has raised capital in excess of $3 billion for Joint Venture, New Development and New Platform initiatives. He is skilled in property / investment valuation, transaction management, site analysis, and strategic real estate planning. Judd began his career with CBRE in 2012 and has been involved in more than 500 transactions, valued at over $15 billion and totaling over 200 MSF.

Judd is a member of CBRE National Partners, a collaborative national partnership formed in 2010 that focuses exclusively on industrial and logistics capital markets. Located in fourteen key markets, the 98 investment sales and support professionals connect local market expertise to a national capital markets perspective. Enhanced by a fully integrated debt platform, National Partners provides strategic advisory guidance to maximize proceeds and enhance the surety of execution for national, regional and local clients. Since formation, the partnership successfully completed transactions totaling 3.6 billion sq. ft. with an aggregate value of $68.2 billion. The North Central NP professionals consist of six capital markets partners, nine dedicated support team members, and four financial analysts covering the Midwest markets of Chicago, Kansas City, St. Louis, Minneapolis, Cleveland, Indianapolis, Columbus, Cincinnati, Detroit, Milwaukee and SE Wisconsin.

Prior to joining the Institutional Properties team at CBRE, Judd was an integral part of the Colliers International Industrial team. Judd completed over 400 lease and sale transactions in a wide range of product type and relationships including strategic real estate planning, sales and leasing, relocations and build-to-suits with institutional and entrepreneurial owners.
