Julaine Miller joined CBRE in 2003 and is a member of one of the region’s premier Office Properties Advisory & Transactions team. She specializes in tenant representation and handles transaction management services for company wide real estate portfolios.
Julaine brings dynamic experience to her clients. She spent 8 years in the San Francisco Bay Area focusing on agency leasing assignments. This provided her knowledge to understand landlord perspectives and leverages this proficiency to best consult her occupier clients. She is a process driven negotiator and approaches every transaction with an emphasis on market intel and financial analysis.
Her work ethic, passion for real estate and understanding of market dynamics bring tremendous value to clients looking for a consistent, high level of performance in a portfolio management, leasing, buying and consulting partner.
Julaine is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara and enjoys interior design, outdoor adventures and spending time with her husband and two sons.
