Julee Amparo is a Senior Associate within CBRE’s agency leasing team where she specializes in office and mixed-use developments throughout the DFW Metroplex. Julee handles the leasing of 3.5 million square feet of office properties, primarily focusing on the Uptown and Dallas CBD, Knox District, Preston Center, North Central Expressway, Dallas North Tollway, and Legacy/Frisco.
Over the last 5 years, Julee has completed over 170 transactions totaling over 3.0 MSF in existing and new office developments. Julee brings a fresh perspective, energy and a wealth of expertise to the Dallas Office Leasing Team with a profound understanding of office and retail.
