Julia Passante is a Financial Analyst in the Consulting Group in the Midtown Manhattan office.
As a Financial Analyst, Julia supports various brokerage teams with complex and comprehensive financial models to help clients understand the implications of real estate occupancy decisions and landlords understand the impact of implementing various strategies. Julia analyzes leases, drafts detailed abstracts, and summarizes key lease clauses and economics.
Julia also analyzes market statistics and trends and maintains an active role in the collection, organization and analysis of all information pertaining to various assignments. She provides key analytical support tailored to each client and each situation.
Prior to joining CBRE’s Consulting Group, Julia graduated Magna Cum Laude from New York University. While on campus, Julia competed for the Women’s Volleyball team and served as the Vice President of NYU’s Real Estate Club.
