Julia Williams is an Investment Sales Analyst with CBRE's National Partners Southeast team, specializing in industrial and logistics investment sales. She brings over 5 years of experience in business development, marketing strategy and project management across commercial real estate.
In her current role, Julia manages the marketing process for industrial investment sales transactions from start to closing — overseeing deal marketing materials, coordinating with vendors, and managing the launch and distribution of listings to the market. She supports the team through all stages of the transaction process, from initial outreach through closing.
Before relocating to Atlanta in late 2025, Julia was based in Phoenix where she served as Client Services Team Lead for Kevin Calihan, a seasoned occupier services advisor at CBRE. Julia led business development initiatives, marketing strategy and proposal development in support of the day-to-day client services and operations of one of Phoenix's leading tenant representation teams.
Prior to joining CBRE, Julia worked as a business development and content strategist at Colliers. She began in client services, managing all operations for a top-performing hotel capital markets brokerage team and directing the creation of marketing materials that supported successful property transactions. She later advanced into a regional role, leading business development initiatives across the West Region and working closely with senior leadership to launch strategic marketing campaigns that drove measurable growth. Her earlier roles at Hagerty and VIKTOR Incentives & Meetings saw her coordinating national-scale events, managing logistics for programs across the globe. Julia is a graduate of Michigan State University's School of Hospitality Business, where she developed a service-first mindset that continues to inform her professional approach.
