Julian Uribe

Julian Uribe is an Appraiser within the Multi-Housing Valuation Practice for the Los Angeles office, CBRE’s largest valuation team nation-wide. Mr. Uribe is a graduate from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, with an undergraduate degree in Finance, Real Estate, and Law. Prior to joining CBRE, he worked for a single-family residential development firm in the Inland Empire where he provided support with the acquisition of land parcels and analysis of market competition.

Since joining in March 2015, Mr. Uribe has provided significant assistance in the preparation of a wide variety of multifamily residential appraisals including: existing, mixed-use, value-add, affordable/low income, low income housing tax credit (LIHTC), historic, adaptive reuse, and senior housing properties. Project sizes range from private client/small balance loan (SBL) assets to institutional-level properties, located in Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Kern Counties.

He brings a unique perspective to the team as a first-generation Latin American and prides himself on his work ethic and ability to persevere through challenges. Away from the rigorous hours of the appraisal profession, he enjoys golf, travel, reading, self-improvement, mentoring, and spending time with family. After 4 years of training and managing an intensive work schedule, he has obtained his Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license.
