Justin Burns joined CBRE in 2025 providing advisory services across retail, office, industrial, and investment properties throughout Southern Colorado and the surrounding markets. He brings a diversified professional background with more than two decades of commercial sales and advisory experience, including extensive work in telecommunications, insurance, community development and strategic planning, prior to expanding his focus into commercial real estate brokerage.
In addition to his real estate practice, Justin maintains an active role in the insurance industry as an insurance executive and licensed broker, offering clients a unique, risk‑aware perspective that integrates real estate decision‑making with insurance and financial considerations.
Justin is also actively engaged in community and civic leadership, contributing time and expertise to regional economic development, housing, and nonprofit organizations across the Pikes Peak region.
