Justin Hill specializes in the leasing and sales of office properties throughout Orange County. Justin is consistently a Top Producer for CBRE and his motivation, work ethic and enthusiasm are evident in all that he does. After spending more than seventeen years with CBRE, Justin has knowledge in many aspects of commercial real estate. He is experienced in landlord (institutional and private) and tenant representation (local and regional); creative office space leasing / trends; lease negotiation; subleasing excess space; market analysis and Owner User building sales.
In his career with CBRE, Justin has been involved with over 2,000 transactions totaling over 12,500,000 square feet with a total consideration of over $2 billion. He has also been one of CBRE’s Top 10 Orange County Office Brokers in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 as well as two time recipient of the Robert A Peterson award (Peer voted).
