Justin Marlowe is a Vice President with CBRE’s Investment Properties group based in Ontario, California. Justin provides advisory services to private investors and developers for both the disposition and acquisition of retail investment real estate throughout Southern California.
Utilizing CBRE’s unmatched global platform, Justin handles the entire transaction process from strategic planning and asset underwriting to deal execution and due diligence servicing. As part of CBRE’s Investment Properties, he has access to unrivaled resources including a global private investor database with more than 1,100,000 investors, including 1031 buyers, actively seeking properties in today’s market. Justin has built his business on the commitment to driving maximum value and delivering the highest level of service on behalf of his clients.
Over the course of his 18-year career, Justin has closed on 108 investment property transactions exceeding $459 million in total consideration. Prior to focusing on the Southern California market, Justin was co-leader of CBRE’s Investment Properties Philadelphia Commercial team. He's been the Top Producer for Retail Investment Sales in the CBRE Ontario Office in 2020, 2023 and 2024. Justin has also been a past recipient of the CBRE Private Capital Group’s “Best Under 30” award and began his career at CBRE as a research analyst.
