Justin Mohler is a Senior Vice President with CBRE, beginning his career with the firm in 2001. With more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, Justin specializes in the industrial practice with a focus on distribution/warehouse, manufacturing and food grade facilities as well as Investment and User dispositions.
Justin represents a wide range of clients to include Pointe Breeze, LLC, in the sale of a 1,800,000 square foot industrial park on 103 acres at the Port of Baltimore, Duke Realty in the leasing of 351,000 square feet at Chesapeake Commerce Center and RREEF in the leasing of 303,000 square feet at Eastport Industrial Center.
Justin, along with his team has completed more than 550 transactions totaling over 50 million square feet since 2014.
