Justin E. Schlageter is a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser of the Valuation & Advisory Services division of CBRE in the Sacramento Office. Since 2002, Justin Schlageter has performed real estate appraisal and consulting assignments throughout California and Nevada, with an emphasis on lodging properties, and an added focus on mountain resort properties, especially in the Lake Tahoe and Mammoth Lakes areas.
As part of CBRE’s National Hotel Valuation team, Justin has appraised and consulted on more than 150 lodging assignments within the past three years in Northern and Central California. These assignments included several institution-grade lodging assets with values exceeding $100,000,000, new construction/expansion projects, and hotels going through brand/flag transition or acquisition.
In addition, Justin Schlageter has appraised all other major property types of commercial real estate including retail, office (general and medical/dental), industrial, land, residential subdivision, multi-family, and mobile home and RV parks. Special-use property type experience includes educational facilities, campgrounds, marinas, gas stations, self-storage facilities, EV charging stations, cellular towers and billboards.
