Kailee became part of CBRE in 2022, immediately after earning her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Real Estate from the University of Denver Burns School of Real Estate. Her journey began on the Research and Analytics team, where she focused on Industrial and Retail properties. In this role, Kailee meticulously examined and validated data, ensuring its accuracy and meaningfulness. Once the data was collected, she applied mathematical, statistical, and analytical models to identify patterns that could reveal business opportunities.
Since then, Kailee has continued to expand her expertise within CBRE. Her strong foundation in data analysis and market insights has made her a valuable asset to the team. In 2024, Kailee joined the Landlord Representation team, working alongside Erik Abrahamson, Jeremy Kroner, and Blake Harris. Her primary focus is business development, which involves cold calling, canvassing, and emailing potential tenants in the surrounding areas. Leveraging her extensive network from the University of Denver Real Estate alumni program, the Young Professionals Organization, and NAIOP, she actively participates in broker networking, as well as promotional and informative events.
