Prior to her affiliation with CBRE, she worked at Bourn Companies where she drove retail leasing efforts, negotiated deals, and collaborated closely with development teams on site planning and investor reporting.
Kaitlyn brings entrepreneurial experience from co-founding KSZ Realty, where she successfully closed over $2 million in sales and managed full-cycle transactions. Her professionalism, market insight, and collaborative spirit make her an exceptional addition to our growing team.
