Karen Hayashibara

Karen leads the portfolio services operations for the Memorial Care Health Services account. As Director of Portfolio Services, Karen leads a multi-disciplinary team of property managers and facilities engineers, overseeing all aspects of property and facilities management, lease administration and transaction management for Memorial Care’s medical and administrative office properties.

Karen has more than 20 years of professional healthcare experience in ambulatory care operations, construction and move management, marketing, business development, telecommunications and training. Prior to joining CBRE, she was Director of Real Estate for Memorial Care Medical Foundation, where she oversaw the leasing, construction and maintenance operations for the Health System’s 250-physician medical group network.

Before focusing on commercial real estate, Karen held various operational leadership roles at Bristol Park Medical Group and Ready Script, Inc., a technology start-up company. She has two B.A.s from the University of California, Irvine.
