Karen has over 25+ years of exemplary experience and leverage extensive expertise in managing retail, flex spaces, medical and industrial properties. She is currently responsible for managing multiple properties consisting of retail, medical and industrial and their financial performances in accordance with the owners’ expectations, totaling over 1.5M SF.
She is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and received her certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
Karen previously worked as a Property Manager for 17 years for Sitehawk Retail Real Estate, who was acquired by CBRE in 2015. She managed a portfolio of 950,000+ square feet of retail properties which included retailers such as Planet Fitness, Dollar Tree, FedEx Kinkos, Mattress Firm, Qdoba Mexican Grill and McAlister’s Deli, just to name a few.
