Karl Schnitger

Karl Schnitger is the Regional Director of Operations for the Northeast Region.In this role he is responsible for the oversight of property transitions, managing new business, administering the Environments for Excellence program, implementing Global Standards and supporting new technology.Additionally, Karl assists with new employee training as needed.

Previously, Karl was the Asset Services Operations Manager for CBRE for the North Eastern Region within Asset Services.In this role he was responsible for the development of strategic plans in conjunction with the regional Executive Managing Director and oversight of market budget input and monthly monitoring of market A/R, income, EBITDA and business pursuit reports.

Karl was also responsible for implementing policies and procedures to ensure operational effectiveness for the region. His duties included oversight of the corporate financials, developing of strategic plans, implementing process improvements and cost controls, coordinating special projects and acting as a liaison between field management and the Asset Services Leadership Team

He has strong financial and communication skills and acts as a resource to all Asset Services field employees providing supervision, training and guidance as required.
