She began her career as an architect, leading workplace design projects for growing tech clients in the US and Europe. Her passion for the built environment and business management led her to Columbia University, where she earned an MBA degree.
Since joining CBRE in 2022, she has supported clients across multiple sectors, including Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, law firms, and the public sector. Most recently, she has worked on large-scale, interdisciplinary projects, providing clients with strategic plans for their real estate portfolios.
Kasia co-authors the annual Global Law Firm Benchmarking Report and publishes thought leadership articles on real estate trends.
