Kassidy Halstead is an Associate in CBRE’s Walnut Creek office, specializing in representing office tenants with their real estate needs throughout the East Bay and Greater San Francisco Bay Area. Her role encompasses business development, market strategy, site analysis, and transaction management, ensuring clients are positioned for success in a competitive market.
Prior to joining CBRE’s brokerage team, Kassidy served as a Senior Sales Analyst in San Francisco, where she leveraged CBRE’s global platform to drive strategic initiatives and managed pipeline tracking for all Bay Area broker teams. This experience gave her a comprehensive understanding of the deal process and market dynamics, enabling her to deliver organized, data-driven solutions for her clients.
Originally from Alamo, California, Kassidy transitioned into brokerage in 2025 and brings a strong work ethic, collaborative mindset, and commitment to exceptional client service. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University and is passionate about fitness and community engagement outside of work.
