Kathee Wozniak

Kathee has been in the commercial real estate industry for 32 years and is a licensed sales professional with a degree in Communications. She specializes in the leasing and sales of land and industrial properties in the Inland Empire and Los Angeles markets. She manages and directs the team’s operations, marketing, sales and leasing. She conducts site tours and property reporting. She provides comprehensive market analysis and trends for clients wanting to develop, lease, sell or acquire industrial product and development. Ms. Wozniak provides quantitative and qualitative financial analysis and produces economic data, current market trends and forecasts. She is ultimately responsible for increasing sales and securing RFP business. She facilitates the marketing processes for each client’s needs from branding, websites, marketing campaigns, product launches and development.

Kathee manages the team’s daily activities, ensures the team is identifying and building long term sales pipelines, exploring and targeting new and existing opportunities, and executing sales strategies and negotiating on key pursuits. She develops and builds long-term professional customer relationships with existing and potential clients. She is the client and team interface that leads action plans, underwriting, property marketing and packaging, web design, and prepares and negotiates contracts.
