Kate LeBlanc brings a thorough knowledge of property management, development, construction, leasing and accounting to every property in which she’s involved. Her exceptional interpersonal skills incorporate an enthusiastic and positive attitude towards establishing and meeting goals. Kate has a strong ability to devise and implement effective problem solving for all aspects of asset services. Her background includes significant experience in all types of real property including high-rise, mixed-use assets; luxury multi-family rental units; academic, biotech, healthcare, pharmaceutical and technology projects; regional shopping centers; and traditional industrial, office and retail space.

With this knowledge base, Kate has an exceptional understanding of operating budgets, including revenue/leasing projections, recoveries, tenant improvements, operating expenses, owner’s expenses and capital improvements. She knows how to monitor financial performance to develop and implement operational adjustments as necessary. Kate also has extensive experience in real estate tax issues as well as property and general liability risk management. She provides our clients with a full picture of the status of an asset and recommends future strategy.

Along with her team, whom she mentors and leads, Kate’s portfolio encompasses over 9.5 million square feet of retail, industrial, and office space in suburban Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley, PA; Southern NJ; and Long Island, NY markets.

Kate joined CBRE in 2007. Previously she was Director of Asset Management for a private real estate investment and development company with a portfolio valued in excess of $1.5 billion. The assets consisted of large, complex office, industrial and mixed-use properties with environmental, lease-back, phase-out and/or operational challenges.
