Katie is a Partner of CBRE's Multi-Market Advisory & Transaction Management Retail Hub Team. She provides strategic planning, transaction execution, account management and ongoing portfolio optimization programs for large corporations. With a proven client centric approach, Katie delivers multi-market advisory services to national occupiers and owners.

Katie oversees Kroger’s shopping center leasing and dispositions across the country by managing 100+ shopping centers and 1,200+ Tenants. She works closely with Kroger’s real estate team to maximize occupancy and increase rental income to optimize long-term property value, and builds long-term, sustainable Tenant relationships through her extensive national network.

Katie also advises retailers in their strategic growth and site selection programs. She partners with Fifth Third Bank on their robust retail expansion program in the Southeast, helping them exceed their goals of opening 50+ locations year over year.

Katie and her team of 16 transaction management professionals also manage site selection or disposition programs for retailers and developers such as WMG Development, Macy’s, DSW, McDonalds, Casey’s General Stores, T-Mobile and Cumberland Farms. Collectively, the team has delivered over $250 million in client savings through portfolio optimization programs ranging from portfolio leasing, lease restructuring, strategic acquisitions or relocations, M&A consulting and surplus property dispositions. Katie and her team complete over 600 transactions annually.
